Open Time and Working Time
Open time is typically 10-20 minutes under normal conditions (15-25°C, moderate humidity). Higher temperatures shorten open time; lower temperatures lengthen it. Workers should mix only what they can use within the working time to avoid waste.
Application Steps
- Add the powder slowly to clean water while stirring to avoid clumps.
- Stir for 3-5 minutes until no lumps remain.
- Let the glue mature (stand) for 10-15 minutes so the powder fully hydrates.
- Stir again briefly before use.
- Apply evenly with a roller or brush. Position the wallpaper within the open time.
- Smooth out air bubbles from center to edges.
