A message asking only for the lowest price cannot produce comparable wallpaper glue quotations. A structured RFQ places buyer, market, product, packaging, quantity, documents and delivery boundary on one sheet, reducing repeated questions and exposing conditions that remain undecided.
Identify the buyer and target market
State company role, country or region, importer, distributor, repacker or brand status, channel and expected launch timing. Do not invent local offices or certifications. The supplier needs to know whether the project is 20kg raw material, project supply, retail packs or private label.
Define product and test objectives
Describe wallpaper type, use, grades to evaluate, mixing range, sample quantity and test items. If a reference or historical product exists, state the indicators and method for comparison. Replace high tack or best with separate dissolution, viscosity, workability and document requirements.
List packaging, quantity and artwork status
Specify 20kg, 200g, 300g, 500g, 1kg or another pack, inner liner, retail carton, outer carton, pallet and OEM print. Give expected trial and routine volume by size and whether artwork is not started, draft or approved. MOQ must be confirmed against the real combination.
State document and compliance ownership
Select TDS, MSDS, lot COA, packing list, marks, origin or other files and specify language and timing. Destination regulation, label text, classification and import permission remain buyer or professional responsibilities; supplier documents do not replace local review.
Confirm delivery, timing and reply format
State proposed EXW factory, FOB port, China forwarder warehouse or other point, destination, target shipment and pallet need. Ask the supplier to answer price validity, MOQ, sample, packaging, expected lead time, included charges and open items line by line. Hangzhou Karn can prepare a project-specific response from a complete RFQ.
