Wallpaper Glue Repeat-Order Change Control

Control a wallpaper glue reorder with a baseline order, change list, samples, packaging revision, documents and release criteria instead of saying same as last time.

Author: Published: Updated:

Same as last time is not a complete reorder requirement. People, raw-material lots, packaging stock, transport routes and market rules change. Effective repeat-order control identifies the approved baseline, differences in the new order, evidence requiring reconfirmation and authorized approvers.

Build a referenceable baseline order

Retain the previous order number, product grade, approved sample, TDS revision, lot COA, 20kg or small-pack specification, artwork revision, outer carton, marks, pallet and delivery term. A baseline is a retrievable set of files and samples rather than a reference to history.

Complete a difference list for every reorder

Confirm quantity, product, market, packaging, label language, barcode, lot-code rule, documents, forwarder, port and lead time. Mark no change where applicable so an omitted field is not treated as an assumption. New regulatory or channel requirements need their own line.

Separate notification, assessment and approval

When supplier or buyer proposes a change, state reason and effect before deciding on samples, documents, pack trials or a new quote. Notification is not approval. Product, material, label or delivery-boundary changes require written authorization by agreed owners; a vague chat reply is insufficient.

Match retesting to risk

A quantity-only change normally does not justify every test again. A different grade, performance target, moisture-barrier structure, water condition or market use may require samples and comparison. Keep methods comparable with the historical baseline and document changed conditions rather than repeating irrelevant tests.

Close open items before release

Production or shipment release should identify approved revisions, sample status, documents, packaging-stock disposition and unresolved items. Hangzhou Karn supports factory order and packaging control; the buyer supplies and approves destination regulations, brand content, import-route and channel changes.
