Terms of Service

These terms apply to all visitors of the Hangzhou Karn website (kn-wallpaperglue.com). They cover content usage, inquiry submission, sample requests, OEM communication, quote validity and dispute resolution.

• Site content (product images, specs, packaging) is for reference; final terms are governed by the signed contract.
• Inquiries and quotes are non-binding; formal cooperation is based on a mutually signed contract.
• OEM packaging, labels and MOQ are based on approved samples and production orders.
• Disputes are governed by PRC law; unresolved disputes go to Hangzhou Arbitration Commission.
